CALCULATION OF CARBON PRINT IN THE WINE INDUSTRY: THE STUDY CASE OF FRANALCO S.A. WINE CELLAR - PRODUCTION OF BOTTLED AND BULK WINE




Abstract:
The aim of this research is to calculate the Carbon Print (CP) of the production of bulk and bottled wine of FRANALCO wine cellar. Another objective is to design an innovative tool in the environmental management of the company under the study and the companies related to it in the value chain, forward (customers) and backward (suppliers), as well as the rest of the indirectly related service companies (cluster).
