Biometrics as an Intelligent Part of the B2C Environment

Abstract:
This paper discusses the possibilities of behavioural biometrics in content analysis of the web site and the end user. By collecting data through the human - computer interface (mouse, keyboard or touch screen), it is possible to obtain a sufficient amount of information to reliably identify users. With precise identification it would be possible to develop an adaptive web site model, which would represent a great contribution to the B2C environment.
