Abstract:
The main subject of this paper are quasi-cyclic codes of index 1⅓. We show how to obtain generator matrices of such codes. Generator matrices are not uniquely determined. At the end of this paper we illustrate the result by examples. It should be also mention that generator matrices have wide application in encoding and decoding.
